We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), information from third-party services you connect (Google Analytics, Search Console — read-only access tokens), and usage data to improve the service.
We use your data to provide the Reporto service: generating reports, fetching analytics data on your behalf, and sending reports to your clients. We never sell your data to third parties.
When you connect your Google account, we store a read-only OAuth access token encrypted at rest. We use this to fetch GA4 and Search Console data on your behalf. We request only the minimum scopes necessary and never modify your Google data.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account and 30 days after deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@reporto.online.
We use cookies for authentication (session management via Clerk) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
